Dependability is an inherent characteristic of human beings. We are either dependent or dependable on something or some person. We are all dependable, but to what extent we are dependable makes us reach heights in life. To find whether the character of dependability working in you, ask yourself the following question.

  1. How do I exhibit Dependability in my daily life?
  2. What can I do to develop a better attitude of being Dependable?
  3. What blocks me from being dependable?
  4. How can I make Dependability function better, stronger and faster even in times of uncertainly and stress?

    "Dependable (John 15:13; 1 Corinthians 4:2; Colossians 1:10) is being constantly reliable and trustworthy. It will allow us to continue in our commitments even if it means personal sacrifice. This will allow others to build trust in us and point to the One who they can put the most important trust in, Christ as Lord. "

Reliability is the characteristic of being trustworthy. That is your boss should feel that you are the right person for finishing a job.

Availability- This is the quality of being in hand when needed. For improving this quality you shouldn’t take leave often or come late to office. Tardiness is a bad habit that makes you less dependable so avoid coming late.

Confidentiality : it is the quality of not reveling secret information to others who don’t need to know those. It’s being said that girls are poor in keeping secrets so be careful.

Integrity is the characteristics of building a strong relationship with your fellow associates and boss. You should be friendly to everybody to achieve integrity.

Safety – it ensures that no adverse effect will be caused by you.

If there is more dependability in an organization there will be proper communication and understanding between the employers and employees and the employees themselves. So they can share their work effectively thus reducing the work burden on a single employee and creating a good working
